I sent an inquiry about a vehicle to the dealership and Eric sent a text message the next morning. I was able to test drive the vehicle that morning. Then, he towed my vehicle from a repair shop in Toledo to the dealership for a trade in. Eric answered any questions that I had by text. He was very helpful!!
