Devon was a very nice salesman and very helpful in the purchase of my vehicle. He made sure the problem with the wipers was taken care. He wasn't pushy at all and I appreciated that very much. If I was a returning customer I would definitely request he be my salesman. I was a little disappointed with the detailing work done on my vehicle but dont think that was Devon fault in anyway.

My dealer was a trash person. Devon lied to me. He said that the breaks on my car were "rust from rain" turns out I had to take it to a mechanic and get an entire rebuild on the front breaks, costing me over $500. Zero out of 10 for this loser. Do not use him as a salesman. He should stick to selling melted ice cream.

My wife took 2020 Traverse in for oil change and tire rotation. Tires were not rotated but I was charged for a rotation. Oil change sticker was changed so I hope oil was. Maybe a work order issue. Called service department about issue and was told to bring vehicle back to receive rotation. I live 30 miles away and will require special trip to have rotation done before we take vehicle on vacation. My wife doesn't check if billed work was completed but I do. Not happy with extra trip to dealer.

Listened and Corrected my problem efficiently. My Equinox handles 100% better. Service manager explained what was done and gave us documentation as to what was done . Sad it was 1000 miles out of warranty.

I bought a used car on a Thursday the salesperson was nice but 6 days later the car is in the shop with a $1669 brake job. The repairman said they should have noticed the problem. I wouldn’t trust them at all.

I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. I came from out of town to purchase a 2024 pickup with low mileage. My Salesman left the lot before I did. The truck was bought based on my salesman’s word and pictures prior to me getting to the dealership. I got the truck in the road and the alignment was WAY off and a gash in the sidewall of the tire. Unfortunately… trade ins and older cars are not serviced thoroughly.. i was told safety fixes are all they focus on and ignore any others. Purchased what i thought was going to be a great used car and now having to put money into it in order to be able to hopefully drive it.

Not feeling trust, concern, or customer service focus with the Service Team. I was never told how long my 9am appointment would take, upon arrival, the reference was made as to them calling me when my vehicle was done. I told them I had not made arrangements for anyone to pick me up as no one ever stated this would be a lengthy visit. I was told they close at Noon, so it should be before that time.
